I wish to solve the problem on how the shift of online class affects the grades of students in SHS.
To understand or solve the problem, I will conduct a research that will identify and gather data from
students in their grades as how it was affected from online class and compare it from previous years.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST/ MICROBIOLOGIST


I wish to solve the problem on immerging new COVID variants.
To understand or solve the problem, I will conduct a research that will identify what are the possible
stronger variants that will mutate.

ENGINEER
I wish to solve the problem on houses prone to calamity damages.
To understand or solve the problem, I will conduct a research that will make an effective structure that
are calamity proof and safe.

BUSINESSMAN/ENTREPRENEUR
I wish to solve the problem on low profit during the pandemic.
To understand or solve the problem, I will conduct a research that will identify possible trends that
entrepreneurs will adapt during the pandemic.

VII. Apply what you have learned

Research is part of our daily lives. Everything we do is research, from finding which type of sock
is better paired with a shoe to searching in the computer for answers to your questions. Research comes
from our curious and creative mind finding answers to our problems and questions. Research helps is
many ways, which makes our lives easier. Everything around us is byproduct of research, from laptops to
answers in google, all of it comes from research. Research helps our lives easier and keeping us able to
adapt with the environment at any circumstances. For instance, when COVID outbreak started, many
people’s lives have been changed but because of research we are able to adapt from it. In school, face to
face classes is not advisable in this time but because of research we are able to adapt in flexible learning.
In this pandemic, many scientist are researching for possible vaccines to fight for the virus, imagine
without researching, this pandemic could wipe out all the people. Research have been evident in
technology such as phones and tv’s. In all, research is a very important because it helps us solving our
problem and continue to improve the lives of each one of us.

I have learned that research is important to our lives because it helps solve our problem and continue to
improve our lives.
I wish to ask my teacher what the possible downside of research are.
I want to know more about how research affects our nature.
