Dear Hon. Bermas,

The NAGMANA SPORTS COMMITTEE from PNR Site FTI Compound Western Bicutan wants
to recommence the activities while complying with the IATF guidelines and health protocols at
NAGMANA Basketball Court. We are planning to conduct a Basketball League this Summer 2022 to
help NAGMANA Youth and our people to have a healthy lifestyle and positive characteristics to build
themselves.

It will be a great help for us to your good office to extend your help on our future activities. Moreover,
rest assured that the following actions in Safe City Taguig Advisory No. 67 - Guidelines on the
Conduct of Contact Sports Activities in Taguig City will be taken upon conducting this activity:

• Designated DSO or representative of the NAGMANA Sports Committee will be providing

logbooks that will require listed and additional participants to present their vaccination card
(fully vaccinated) and register their name, contact number, and QR code.
• All spectators shall adhere to the existing IATF health and safety protocols such as wearing
masks.
• The Basketball Court will open on the following timeslots:
o 7 AM to 12NN
o 3 PM to 10 PM
• All players must wear rubber shoes and encourage to bring alcohol spray to be used after the
games.
• No players shall be allowed to play if one of the instructions mentioned above is not met.

On the other hand, in order to equip and provide the youth the adequate physical fitness training and
activities to enhance physical development, may I have this opportunity to request your good office
in providing materials or assistance to enable us to procure:

• Digital Electronic Basketball Scoreboard

• Basketball Rim
• Whistle
• Basketball Scoresheet
• Basketball and Volleyball Ball
• Concrete Paint
• 1 box Electric Wire

Unfortunately, the NAGMANA Basketball Court has no electricity power/supply thus, it causes us
to delay in holding this activity. Whereas, we are asking your good office to allow and give us a permit
to tap in the electrical connection of Barangay Satellite to NAGMANA Basketball Court.

Furthermore, if you granted our request to make this happen the following precautions will be
implemented and taken upon;

1. The circuit breaker of NAGMANA Basketball Court will be placed at Barangay Satellite and
will be under the jurisdiction of Purok Leader, Zone Leader, and Chairman of NAGMANA
Sports Committee.
2. The usage of electricity will be exclusively for conducting Basketball League and other
programs or activities of residences/youth of NAGMANA.
3. The operating hours will be accordingly and until curfew hours of Barangay Western Bicutan.

In addition, rest assured the NAGMANA Sports Committee will be strict and committed in following
all the aforementioned.

Your help will take us to make a long step forward to foster common ties among ourselves in one
community. Any help that you would provide, in cash or in-kind, in order to make this activity
possible is highly appreciated.
