STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

This research seeks to the experiences of teachers in

Diotorin Elementary School in coping with stress during the

COVID-19 pandemic. The aim was to find and provide effective

ways to improve mental health of the teachers. Specifically,

it seeks to answer the following questions:

1. How may the characteristics of the teachers be described

in terms of:

1.1. Age;

1.2. Gender;

1.3. Years in service;

1.4. Grade/ year level taught.

2. What are the experiences of the teachers in Diotorin

Elementary School in coping with stress during the COVID-

19 pandemic in terms of psychological mechanism, physical

mechanism and emotional mechanism?

3. In what way do the teachers of Diotorin Elementary School

deal with stress?
