We able to see diversity every where if we look closely. As you see in these pictures,

1. Children can connect with diverse communities. This helps normalize a healthy
multicultural perspective in children’s eyes.

2. There is a diversity in genders, a man works as an educator. This helps children come to
understand that anyone can be anything and thus not develop prejudice.

3. There is the diversity between educators in their cultures and races. And also, an
stusent works as an assistant educator in his summer. The student will come to
understand the skill of all educators from different backgrounds and become able to
respect professionals no matter their background.

4. There is the diversity in language, background , nation and culture in both educatores
and children.

5. There is a diversity in the age of educators. This situation helps students learn that being
smart and capable and dependable does not depend on how young or old someone is.

6. There is the diversity in the texture of ground of outdoors. Environment diversity is also
important. It is important for those living in forested areas learn to not look down on
those in desert areas.

8. Child care center are connected to the diverse spaces, residential areas, public park,
streets. Children of different class of neighborhoods should learn to not alienate those
from different classes and environments.

9. There is the diversity in learning subjects and materials. Children learn in diverse ways
and should not look down on those who learnt their studies differently.
