1. Describe: The painting depicts three children playing luksong-tinik. The little girl
who is jumping wore a color blue shirt, while the other two each wore red, and
orange. There are also houses and clouds in the background although it is very
subtle.

2. Analyze: The colors used were primary colors and secondary colors which were
used to color the clothing. The lower part of the background was also painted with
analogous colors that are adjacent to the colors of the clothing of the children. The
artist used shading to make the geometric shapes look three-dimensional which
appeared to be cubes. The cubes were used as the main element to form the
painting. The cubes were also used to subtly form the houses and clouds in the
background. The colors used for those are gray and blue with low saturation.

3. Interpret: The children wore t-shirts that appeared like a dress to them because of
the size. The colors used for the houses are a little dark. These things portray the
poor condition they live in but the variation in color used for the clothing gives a
sense of playfulness, happiness, and youthfulness despite their condition. Aside
from that, the value of the colors gave a feeling of nostalgia because it is a bit dark.

4. Decide: This is an artwork that successfully used the elements of arts to create a
painting. I like this artwork because it gave me nostalgia and reminded me of my
childhood days. Also, I like the subtle representation of the message of the
artwork. The best thing about this artwork is the art style that was used which is
cubism because the usage of geometric shape to form an image is impressive for
me. There is no such thing as the worst thing in this artwork.
