Q&A
SSS eGOV – Q&A
Q: What will happen to customers who enrolled in
eGOV prior to deactivation (pre Feb 01, 2018) - Do they
have to do anything to activate their access? Or will
they automatically see ‘SSS’ in their dropdown of
agencies?

A: There is no need for the employers to reactivate

their access. They will automatically see CBC when they
access their SSS profile.
SSS eGOV – Q&A
Q: What will happen to customers who enrolled in
eGOV after the SSS deactivation (Feb 01, 2018
onwards).

A: Those who enrolled in eGOV after SSS

deactivation, logically, will not be able to set-up SSS as
agency and its users and user profiles. Hence, Corp
Admin has to set it up before they can pay.
SSS eGOV – Q&A
Q: Will clients still file their contributions and loan
payments through SSS eGOV?

A: No need for contributions. Filing of contributions is

done via SSS website (My.SSS). They only need to
indicate the Payment Reference Number in eGOV.

However, for loan payments, filing is still done via SSS

eGOV, following the old process.
