This quantitative research findings reveal that most of Students in English Education are interested to

following the MBKM Program, but it’s undeniable, there is a lack of practice that we cannot follow the
lessons on campus. Based on question 1, we can conclude that most people think that MBKM program
have positive effect to future teaching carrier. This current research addresses five questions as follows

English language is essential for our life. Watching English movies is a good way to learn

better English. There are many English movies of certain quality for learning purpose. Through

watching English movies we can improve our English language standard. It is a good way to

learn perfect pronunciation and makes learning enjoyable. My prime belief is that, this way of

learning is so concrete that it touches directly our speaking and listening skill along with

our vocabulary section.

Learning English through watching English movies is an effective way. This is an audio-

visual method of learning. This technique enhances our vocabulary. Stock of words is the most

important section to improve any person’s expertise in any language. English is no different than

others here. English movies of different genres make our English vocabulary stock enlarged in

many sections. These movies make us keep going through all the necessary portions of

vocabulary section, which may turn quite troublesome for us to find easily.

 Watching movies can make our listening skill improved to maximum level. It helps us to

hear the perfect pronunciation and listening quality becomes quite upgraded. This way makes us

known with different types of English. While learning through watching we get more connected

and it gives us the ability to hear perfectly different accents. Learning becomes enjoyable and we

even do not get the stress of doing the task. We get better training here to learn English spoken

from all over the world. Different movies feature different time and words from different parts of

the world. This technique certainly gives us world class listening skill.

If we think about speaking skill, watching movies is here again a great method to

improve this section. Anyone might have good stock of vocabulary and excellent listening power

but not enough speaking skill. Here, watching movies come as a great help. While watching and

listening those movies we learn how to use those words and what should be our accent and

pronunciation. This perfect combination gives us the ability to speak in any situation with great

comfort. Movies depict the real life picture to some extent. Real life events make our speaking

skill quite generously leveled up. Undoubtedly English movies help us to speak good English. It

gives the confidence in word selection, facial expression and sense of timing.

 We might get in a complex situation of mixture among British, American and Australian

English. Movies are here to help quite smartly again. While watching we know the genre of the

movie and that gives us the introduction of that country’s English style. When we hear the

English they use in those specific movies we get a perfect picture of English. Watching movies

help us to keep our English pure and not getting mixed up in this dilemma. There is also another

minor difficulty of choosing quality movies to learn good English. In this case, experts might

suggest us the names of quality movies which can be used to learn good English.

In non English speaking country’s big picture and reality we need to learn English for

sure. This has become a must thing in our modern life. Though we face some difficulties while

learning this second language we might take some funny and enjoyable way of learning. English

movie watching is that way which does not give the monotony in learning. We should keep a

certain thing in mind that, we must learn good and quality English. Watching movies meet that

need and improve our listening skill, speaking skill and make our vocabulary standard smart.
