 Normal Signees:
A) All exit and IN sign is proper placed
B) All types of normal sign is proper placed.
C) Emergency Exit and Evocation Sign are proper placed

 Emergency Evocation System:


A) Number of Emergency evocation clear passage at ground floor
B) Number of Emergency evocation clear passage at roof – top
C) Emergency evocation stair at Roof-top for evocate to next building.
D) Emergency Spiral Stair
E) All Emergency evocation Path are in safely and comfortable way.
F) Emergency Assembly Point.
 Fire Hazard Prevention System:
A) Active fire alarm system with Automatic fire panel, smoke detector placed all over
the premises.
B) Number of Portable firefighting equipment. (……….)
C) Three types of fire extinguisher at proper place.
D) Chick-list for all firefighting equipment.
E) Active Hose pipe for Fire Hazard with backup motor and backup Power source.
F) Fire drills involving all team members are conducted at least semi-annually.

A) Does all Electrical point all over the premises has standard Voltage & Amp?
B) Does all Electrical Point have safety with proper insulator?
C) Does Property have emergency light all over the building?
