(page No. 71) may be read as follows'

5.2.3 Third Round of Counselling

Counselling:
a) Any candidate who had not registered during previous round of
counselling. Such candidate witt have to first register on JAC
Dethi portat. lt may be noted that fresh registrations will only be
opened for Round 3. There witt be no fresh registrations in
Rounds 2 and 4.
b) The registered candidates who have not been offered any seat.
c) The registered candidates who have not filled any choice during
on I i n e reg i stration Process.
d) The registered candidates who were allotted seaf in some
round of counselling, but the seaf was cancelled due to so/ne
deficiency (or any other legitimate reason)'
e) The admitted candidates of rounds 1, 2 of counselling, who paid
prescribed admiss ion fee as required, also got their documents
verified successfu lty and didn't freeze their seat (such candidates
are etigible for institute/branch upgradation only)'
