• The above content will be curated for the event with a mix of pre-recorded videos
and live sessions.

• All the content pieces will aim to bring forth all the necessary information an
aspiring artists looks for about careers in the field and about Lakme Academy
Powered by Aptech. Courses, Curriculum design, student development, delivery ,
salary structures, growth trajectory, success stories etc. Everything under the sun!

• Our CTA will be admissions open and will have some contact details. The videos
will be hosted across all our digital assets. Wherever possible we will build in
social media virality/shareability. We can also build in a Glamour Rush offer of a

THE PLAN
Glamour Rush 2020 will be all about involvement and going beyond
Ones limits! Every stakeholder will be given challenges based on
their role in the system and will be evaluated by a Jury Panel from
Aptech Lt, Lakme Lever and the Industry.

The challenges will be designed to hone and nurture the skills


required for their particular profile.

It will be mandatory for every centre to participate and do their


best to shine. The winners will be felicitated with awards at the
Virtual Awards Night hosted by us.
Business
Partners
 Business Partners will be given certain parameters and
will judged by the sales team and their respective RSH.
The parameters will have business, compliance and
participation measures defined by the sales team.

 The parameters will be announced at the onset of


Glamour Rush to all centres.

 The Best Business Partners will be awarded at the


Awards Night.
Centre
Staff
Challenge 1 : THE PITCH

The centre staff will be given a particular brand with


certain challenges/drawbacks/price discrepancies etc. They
have to come up with the best pitch possible for that
brand/product and present it to the Jury.

The evaluation criteria will be given to the sales team at the start.
Based on this evaluation criteria the jury panel will shortlist the
winners zonewise .
Challenge 2 : Dialogue baazi

The centres will be given a dialogue which will have hair makeup
and beauty puns.

They have to enact these dialogues and make a video and sent it
to us.

The most fun videos will ofcourse win and participants will be
given some goody bags and exciting hampers.
Challenge 3 : COUN- SELLING!!!

Centres have to nominate their best counsellor.

The counsellors have to put their best pitch forward and make a
counselling video for LAPA courses based on customer/buying
obstacles eg “Course price is too high”, “ My parents are out of
town” etc.

The best coun-selling will win the award for this one.
