    Dual Diploma Program: 2022-2023 Academic Calendar

    NEW STUDENTS FIRST SEMESTER


    Semester 1 Begins: October 10, 2022 Semester 1 Ends: February 3, 2023

    First Semester Required Mandatory Group Live Sessions: Students will be required to attend all live sessions
    during the following weeks; October 10, November 14, January 16. Students should mark their calendars and plan
    accordingly as these will count toward their grade. Teachers will send the specific dates, times, and directions.

    Content Based Group Live Sessions: Weeks of October 24, November 7, December 12, 2022, January 23, 2023

    One-on-One Student/Teacher Video Conference: Students will be required to attend a minimum of one Video
    Conference with their teacher each semester if they are in English I or English II. These Video Conferences are
    separate from the Group Live Sessions. Students will also communicate with their teacher during scheduled and
    open office hours weekly.

    Progress/Grade Reports: Weeks of November 14, 2022, January 9, February 6, 2023

    NEW STUDENTS SECOND SEMESTER


    Semester 2 Begins: February 13, 2023 Semester 2 Ends: June 2, 2023

    First Semester Required Mandatory Group Live Sessions: Students will be required to attend all live sessions
    during the following weeks; February 20, March 13, April 24. Students should mark their calendars and plan
    accordingly as these will count toward their grade. Teachers will send the specific dates, times, and directions.

    Content Based Group Live Sessions: Weeks of March 6, April 10, May 1, May 15, 2023

    One-on-One Student/Teacher Video Conference: Students will be required to attend a minimum of one Video
    Conference with their teacher each semester if they are in English I or English II. These Video Conferences are
    separate from the Group Live Sessions. Students will also communicate with their teacher during scheduled and
    open office hours weekly.

    Progress/Grade Reports: Weeks of March 27, May 1, June 5, 2023

    Teacher Holidays: November 11, November 24-25, December 26 - January 6, 2023, January 16, February 20,
    March 20-24, May 29, 2023

    *Teachers will be unavailable during these dates; however students are to continue completing independent
    assignments*
