Direction: Present by means of ACROSTIC and explain the DYNAMICS (process,

procedure, strategies on managing HR, including its roles, functions, technical skills,
and talents needed to optimize people towards achieving goals/objectives) of
Human Resource Management.

H HARDWORKING must be natural for every Human Resource

Employee in managing a group of people
U UNDERSTANDING the people help anticipate how they might
feel in a specific circumstance, but it also enables the HR manager
to understand how the employees respond.
M MULTIPURPOSE because in the field of Human Resource
Management, being able to serve one or more functions or work-
related matters at a time is normal
A ACCURATE data should be garnered and accomplished in order to
have the utmost understanding not just to the people but also of the
whole organization.
N NIMBLE in motion and to every decision should be one of the
characteristics of people in HR, as they always face constant
challenges
R RESPECTFUL begins with a fundamental awareness of other
people's sentiments. This is a great attempt to have harmonious
relationships in working with people inside an organization.
E EFFICIENT means no wasted effort nor expenses on the part of
the company and the people but this also means achieving the
maximum productivity of a great HR manager working in a well-
organized way
S SKILLFUL, some lack organizational abilities, and it might be
tough to manage the demands of both staff and business owners
however the people in HR must be skillful in doing this, equipped
with needed files, and knowing certain information is a skillful
move.
O OBSERVANT in every situation is one of the most important skill
set of an HR person because being quick in seeing things or
certain situations or routine saves the organization a lot of time
from unforeseen circumstances.
U UP-TO-DATE in incorporating the latest information or
development not just for the company itself but also for the
people’s sake
R RESPONSIVE in a way that when an employee brings up a problem,
a human resources manager must strike deals that are advantageous to
both the employer and the employee. They should be responsive to
every need or problem ahead.
C COMPASSIONATE in every employee because half-hearted
initiatives may cause employees to feel inadequate or
underappreciated, which could lead to a high attrition rate,
therefore an HR professional must manage concerns, and
address employee expectations because even if workers remain,
they could not provide their best job if they don't feel respected or
valued.
E ETHICAL, a good HR manager must be able to act quickly when
there are no clear-cut right or wrong answers. These choices must
always safeguard the business and its workers and it requires
ethical actions that preserve the interest of involved parties.
