Introduction of Malunggay

Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera), is a famous plant referred to for high healthy

benefit just as a medication that can be mostly seen in our homes. Malunggay is a

plant that grows in the tropical climates such as the Philippines, India and Africa.

Malunggay is known for its high nutrition value, making it ideal for cooking and herbal

planted seeds. It has been used as natural medication in numerous communities for

many years. Malunggay is known as a nutritious plant where it used to feed nursing

moms and their newborn children, which can be seen in an underdeveloped nation.

Moringa oleifera is local to India where it is used in various preparation. This

plant from the so called “supernatural occurrence tree" has been utilized by societies

everywhere on the world for millennia. For years now, moringa leaf has been a

common source of nourishment, while the wood from the moringa tree gives building

materials. Moringa leaves and seed units are frequently eaten for their nutritious worth

and the roots made into a sharp topping. The leaf is has a wide use and can also be

seen in several types of teas.
