Interpretation or Insights:
Based on assessment of myself I have a lot of strengths and weaknesses. Applying these competencies is
something I am skilled at. Due to my tendency to lack confidence in myself, I also have three
development areas that I need to improve on to be a successful business man in the future. however, I
believe I will quickly get through these development areas.
