Interpretation or Insight:

I think i within realm of possibility to be an entrepreneur in the near future in lined with
which I marked as my strength. The PEC that I marked as development areas need more
improvement. I can improve my skills by learning from others whom I know that can help me
out as I grow up, I’ll try to be someone’s subordinate first then learn how they manage and
run their business. I still need more skills and insights to become a successful entrepreneur.
