Explanation:

As you can see in the picture the Steels are vertically/diagonally

aligned which potentially can be a hazard because if a person/worker
unconsciously walk there and unexpectedly bumped it, the steels might
hit them especially in their head which can cause dizziness or worst
death. Or it might cause a worst injury even it is minor bleed because
steels are sharp and has rust which has many bacteria and viruses.

It may cause injury due to electrical shock, fire or electrocution.

A plug or electrical cord should not have exposed wiring. Exposed
wires present a danger of electric shock or electrocution. Using an open
front plug poses the risk of contact with live wires when plugging it to
an electrical outlet.

This is an example of excavation hazard. As you can see it doesn’t

have a proper warning sign and even a right block. It can cause students,
faculties and other people to an accident like tripping and falling that
may result to a serious injury.

In the picture, we can see the tape around the wall of TUP Logo.
Although it looks like not that harmful, it can still be a hazard to those
students that will pass by in that area as the they didn’t use safety
measurement such as safety belt or rope to tie it up around the wall.
Also, as you can see there is an exposed wire which is very dangerous

to the workers that will work near to it. They might electrocute when
they touch it but it depends whether the wire is live or not.

Explanation:
In the picture, we can say that this is a hazard because it brings
harm to the workers unexpectedly. Like for example, when a worker
didn’t notice the crack in the ground, he might trip over on it and it can
be resulted to injuries.
