    Dear Parents,

    Greetings in the most holy name of the child Jesus!

    It’s Election week once more in our school. Our students will be electing their new
    set of officers who will represent them in the Student Government. We teach them
    the importance of choosing their student leaders through the process of a
    democratic election. Your son/daughter was nominated as a core officer (President,
    Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor) or a grade-level Representative.

    In line with this, we ask for your consent to allow them to be in school on the said
    date for their
    room-to-room campaign, as stated below:

    Red group – September 21, 2022 (Wednesday)


    White group – September 22, 2022 (Thursday)
    Election Day – September 27, 2022 (Tuesday)
