I, Raquel Babia, am a person coming to your office to complain to Bernie Carabat and
Imelda P. Elbo, with the address written below:

This is my story, on March 13, 2022, I was invited to have lunch by Ms. Imelda Elbo and
she said she has a business to introduce that is a good investment. I came along because I want
to earn for living. He introduced me to Mr. Bernie Carabat, who seems to be his coach. I told
the group that I didn’t want a triangle business setup, because I was scared and I didn’t want to
recruit. Continuing Mr. Carabat told me not to worry and that he has a disposal team that can
sell the products. I informed them that the money is intended for the enrollment of my son and
needs to be back soon. They asked me for P111,216.00 (ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN PESOS) attached and receipt #1850A. dated March 15, 2022, proof
that I paid under the company name ARTOPIAN INTERNATIONAL, INC., the next day I was
surprised at the number of items (60 pcs.) of Deity Artostem Serum that were brought to me
worth P52,500.00, I was surprised and as much as I did not understand where to take, I
immediately called Ms. Imelda Elbo. She encouraged me to recruit and the items cannot be
returned even if the items were partially delivered, other groups of items are called. The next
day, I immediately returned the items to Coach Bernie. Like I already told them I am not
interested in the business, and I will return them. March 18, 2022. It was picked up and
returned to them, and they said they would dispose of it. Half of the product is not available
they are called Cell Aide (35) pcs. worth FORTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P46,000.00). So, I trust
they will sell and get my money back. That said items are to follow. according to him. On March
24, 2021, Mr. Carabat gives me a BDO check no. 0000818297 dated 03/24/2022 amounting
THIRTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P13,250.00).

After four (4) months I followed up on the payment of the items, and again Mr. Carabat
returned the items to me, because it was not sold and disposed, instead, he advised me to just
pick up the remaining items that were not released yet sold at the office in Mandaluyong. And
he also said that he didn't earn anything from me.

On June 30, 2022, I went to Manila and I plan to pick up the remaining items that they
have not yet provided. It was located on the 2nd floor of Landcaster Hotel on Shaw Blvd.
Mandaluyong MM. upon checking, the business from Artopian International, Inc. has already
changed its name to ARTOS International in the SEC, but I noticed that they still have access and
their connections in Artopian International Inc. I talked to them to arrange that I’m returning
the products and they would return my money. I have a receipt proving that there is a
transaction that happened and not everything went well. They insist that I should demand Mr.
Carabat for this case and explained to me that Mr. Carabat earn much in that transaction. My
claim is to get the money back, while their product is intact.

I am asking for your help so that my money can be returned to me.
