 A: PERFORMANCE REPORT

I : Executive Summary
● The PV Solar Power Plant delivered 5,192.0 MWh to EVN Grid (181&183M).
Generation hour of Inverters in September 2022 was 355.9 hours
● Monthly received power from EVN of the plant was 21.4 MWh from EVN Grid (181&183M)
● Monthly auxiliary consumption was 8.4 MWh (Measured at LV distribution panel)
● Monthly auxiliary consumption from 6:00 to 18:00 was 4.3 MWh (Measured at LV distribution panel)
● System availability in September 2022 was 99.99%
● Scheduled outage in the month was 0.0 hour
Unscheduled outage in the month was 0 hour
● The Grid outage in the month was 0.0 hour
● Other maintenance activities were carried out during non generation hours or during generation hours
without disturbance on the working equipment. For details please refer to Section "B: MAINTENANCE
REPORT"
● Major activities carried out in this month includes: Daily check, Weekly check activities, Monthly check
activites, STS, Firefighting system,...
● There were no Safety related incidents happened during this month.

Generation under curtailment condition:

To maintain the transmission line's efficiency, especially in the daytime during the noon. The EVN explained that
from 10:00 am to 02:00 pm is a period when the irradiance is very high while the electricity requirement is low.
With numerous solar farms and rooftop systems installed and connected to the EVN grid, they may cause
power redundancy and system unbalance. EVN has mitigated this risk by limiting the generation of most
renewable plants during this time period, including Cat Hiep.

In September, EVN requested that the Cat Hiep solar plant's operation mode be changed from Local to Remote
on all days of the month during generating time. During remote mode, the plant receives the active power
setpoint from EVN AGC on a time-by-time basis, and the plant's SCADA adjusts generation to meet the
setpoint. The energy losses are determined by AGC's daily setpoints.

The month consisted of 30 days. During September, the plant ran for 269.2 hours in AGC EVN mode. However,
there was a 45.5 hour curtailment, with an estimated energy loss of 0.55 GWh.

 IV : Auxillary Consumption

Exported energy from 471, 473, 475, 477 is the energy receiving from STS at 22kV switchgear (After comsumption of STS
and inverters internally). This energy is exported to grid via 171&172 and small part is comsumption of Main transformer,
Auxiliary Transformer. Imported energy from grid via 171&172 is used for consumptions of main transformer, axilliary
transformer and send to 22kV switchgear via 471, 473, 475, 477 for consumption of STS and inverters in standby mode at
night
