Convocation 2022

for Fall-2021 and Spring-2022 Graduates

COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus has scheduled its Convocation
Ceremony on Thursday, November 10, 2022 for the graduating students, who have
completed degree requirements in Fall-2021 and Spring-2022 semester respectively.

Convocation Registration is open till Sunday, October 23, 2022. Kindly visit the
link https://sfs.cuilahore.edu.pk/ for the convocation registration by using your
SFS (Students Facilitation System) credentials.

Important Instructions:

 Students who have graduated in Fall-2021 and Spring-2022 are eligible to

register for convocation. Those who have collected their degree in advance or
have pending clearance requirements are not allowed to register.
 Convocation Registration Fee is Rs.3000/- for each graduate and needs to be
deposited in the following account. Registration for convocation is subject to
payment of said fee therefore the graduate shall also upload the picture of the
deposited slip (in clear and readable format) on the convocation registration
portal.

 Participation in convocation is subject to registration for the convocation and

attendance in full-dress rehearsal therefore your presence in rehearsal is
mandatory. So be present at CUI, Lahore Campus for the full Dress Rehearsal
on Wednesday, November 09, 2022 at 1500 hours. The time and date of the
full dress rehearsal is same for all the registrants.

 Collect attire (gown, cap, and tassel) in person on the rehearsal day by
depositing Rs. 1500/- as security. The deposit will be refunded after
deduction of the rent, on return of the attire in good condition after the
convocation.
 .
 A graduate can invite/register two guests (parents/siblings/spouse). The
convocation admit/entry slip will be issued in accordance with the registration
of the graduates. Guests (Parents / siblings/spouse) whose CNIC are not
 provided on registration portal shall not be included in the convocation
admit/entry slip.
 Wear formal dress (dress shirts, dress pants, suits, shalwar kameez with waist
coat) only. Jeans, T-shirt, Shorts allowed. Please follow the dress code
strictly otherwise you will not be allowed to participate in the procession or
degree folder distribution ceremony.
 Report at the convocation venue on Thursday November 10, 2022 well before
the start of ceremony. After the attendance it is mandatory for you to be in a
line-up as per the instructions of ushers. Please note that late comer will not
be entertained.
 Bring following documents;
1- Original CNIC for the rehearsal and convocation ceremony.
2- Original CNIC of accompanying guest (if any).
3- Convocation Admit / Entry Slip
