User Guidelines for Renewal of Registrations

Step 01:
Click “Continue to Registration”

Step 02:
Fill the application form

• You can change your level

• Please select the level you

wish to apply for the 2022
July Examination

• Complete all the rows with

relevant fields without
leaving any row empty.
Step 03:
It is advisable to use your Date of
Birth as your password.

• Store or record your

password
• Your password is necessary
to download your Test
Voucher & to view Results.
• Kindly note that forgotten
passwords cannot be reset.
Step 04:
Upload a photo of the Examinee
(Selfies not accepted)

Format - .jpg
Size – 4 cm X 3 cm & less than 1 MB
Background – white or light

Step 05:
Select the photo alignment correctly

Scroll down & Click “DONE”

 Step 06:
Take a screen shot of your new
reference number for 2022 July
Examination.
Or
Write down your new reference
number
Step 07:
Click “Renew Registration”

Step 08:
Application will be renewed only if
your previous reference details or
old examination number is stated.

Select the level you are applying this

time and level you applied last time.

How to download the Test Voucher?

Test vouchers can only be downloaded from the 13th of June onwards
Check whether Test Venue, Date and Time is updated before downloading

Go to Home page and click

applicant login

Enter your new reference

number & Password to login

Click download “Test voucher”

to download the Test
Admission.

Your application will be

approved at end of March if all
details are updated correctly.

Ignore the payment status as

“Failed” since no payment is
required for Renewal of
application.

උඩුගත (Upload) කරන්න
(Selfie ඡායාරූප බාරගනු ගනාලැගබ්)

අඩු වියයුතුය.

විභාග අවසර පත්‍රය බාගත (download) කළ හැකි වන්්න් ජූනි මස 13 වන දන සිට පමණි.
අවසර පත්‍රය බාගත කිරීමට ්පර එහි විභාග මධ්‍යස්ථානය, දනය සහ ්ේලාව සඳහන් වී ති්ේදැයි පරීක්ෂා කර
බලන්න.

ඉල්ලුම්පත්‍රය පිරවීමට තිගබන

මුල්ලපිටුගේ ඇති “Applicant
Login” අයිතමයට පිවිගෙන්න.

ඔබගේ ගයාමු අංකය ෙ මුරපෙ

අංකය ඇතුලත් කරන්න.

විභාග අෙෙර පත්‍රය බාගත කිරීම

ෙඳ ා “download Test voucher”
ගලෙ ෙඳ න් අයිතමය ත වුරු
කරන්න.

ඔබ නිෙැරදෙ ඉල්ලුම්පත්‍රය
ගයාමුකර ඇත්නම් අප්‍රියල්ල මස
්තවන සතිය වන විට ඔබගේ
ඉල්ලුම්පත්‍රය අනුමත කරනු ඇත.

ඉල්ලුම්පත්‍රය නැෙත අුත්

කිරීගම්දී මුෙල්ල ගගවීමක් සිදු
ගනාෙන බැවින් ගමහි ගගවීම්
ෙම්බන්ධෙ “Failed” ගලෙ ෙඳ න්
වී තිබීම ්නාසලකාහරින්න.
