SPECIAL SPOT ROUND COUNSELLING FOR

B.TECH. PROGRAMS
ADMISSION PROCESS AND SCHEDULE
1) Special Spot Round Counselling will be conducted for admissions to BTech–
Mechanical and Automation Engineering and 6 years Dual Degree BTech-Mechanical
and Automation Engineering + MBA Programs of IGDTUW against few vacant seats
because of withdrawal. Girl candidates already registered in JAC-2021 but could not
secure any seat at IGDTUW along with fresh candidates (by paying the registration fee
of Rs. 1500/-) are eligible for the Counselling.
2) The admissions would be solely on the basis of the merit of JEE (Mains) Paper 1 as per
the eligibility already prescribed in JAC Delhi 2021.
3) All interested and eligible candidates are required to fill the Registration Form for
Special Spot Round at https://forms.gle/4Mo38tNtGWx8qoF39. The last date for
registration is 11th January, 2022, 5:00 PM. Registration after the due date and time will
not be considered.
4) Only the shortlisted candidates based on the merit list will be called for Special Round
of Counselling at IGDTUW campus. The date and time for Special Round of
Counselling will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates separately. All the
candidates called for participation in Special Spot Round need to bring following
documents:
 Printout of JAC Delhi registration form (if already registered)
 Class X mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
 Class XII mark sheet (original and one photocopy)
 Category (ST/SC/EWS/OBC/PD/CW/SG) certificate(s), if applicable
(original and one photocopy)
 JEE MAIN Score CARD
 Demand Draft(s) totaling Rs. 1,12,000/- in favor of “Registrar, IGDTUW”
payable at Delhi. All fresh applicants (who have not registered on JAC
2021) will have to pay the registration fee of Rs 1500/- (Fifteen Hundred
Only), in addition to above mentioned fee, through a separate Demand
Draft in favour of “Registrar, IGDTUW” payable at Delhi. No other mode
of payment will be accepted.
Once again, it is iterated that Candidates will be called in order of their JEE (main) Paper 1
CRL rank and available vacant seats will be offered to them on merit basis. Candidate can
accept available seat by paying the admission fee immediately through the demand draft(s).
No extra time will be provided for making the DD after seat is offered.

Note:
In case of withdrawal of admission by the candidate after securing admission during this special
round of Counselling, THE FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.

To maintain social distancing because of COVID-19 pandemic, not more

than one person will be allowed to accompany the candidate in the Special
Spot Round venue. Wearing mask will be mandatory during entire process
of counseling.
