Subject: HP O-ring 054.107.49 (1027985/1027986) Material Change

Scott Safety is releasing a range of 379 bar pressure SCBA sets. As part of this we have changed the material
of the above O-ring to fluorosilicone in those reducers. These O-rings are coloured blue instead of black. They
will also be supplied with a slip washer that should also be fitted into the port.

To ensure commonality across all our ranges this change will be implemented over the next few months
wherever the above O-ring is used.

Service centres will therefore start to see these blue O-rings utilised in the HP side of our pneumatics and
service kits.
