Subject: Repair of Direct Shear Test Apparatus

Respected Sir,
With due respect it is stated that I am a bonafied student of your institute. My
good name is Zain ul Hassan, studying at your department under the
registration number 2019-UET-NFC-FD-CIVIL-48.
I write this letter to inform you that the “Direct shear Test apparatus” installed
in the Geotechnical engineering lab is not working fine and needs a repair. To
the best of my knowledge the machine stopped working since 2020 and started
giving error code. This being a crucial part of our work (Final Year Project), it
is to request you to kindly get the same fixed at the earliest.
I shall be thankful if the same could be fixed at the earliest.
