“LuMai” is a word that came from “Lu” as Lumpia and “Mai” as Siomai.
LuMai means Gayuma in Ilonggo. LuMai are made of vegetables instead of
meat and a researcher used that name because it has been tested at the time that
they made a product. A kid who doesn’t like vegetable were able to eat LuMai
without knowing that it is a vegetable. Which means that LuMai can trick you
and catch your taste even with its unique ingredients.
The researchers make this product proposal with the intention of providing
their esteemed customers with new dishes that offer wholesome fare that will
be enjoyable for both adults and children alike and that can be afforded by any
type of customer. The researchers add special ingredients to the product, such
as carrots, potato and squash. A researcher would like to introduce a new
variety of dumpling.
Mission
We are committed to provide healthy, nutritious and tasty food and service
where a customer will enjoy and come back at a reasonable price.
Vision
To be known and recognize by the customers who offers healthy food that
is unique to the taste of customers and have encourage people who doesn’t like
to eat vegetable to change their perceptions.

Methodology
This chapter describes and discusses how the researchers collect the
information and data that will be used during the entire study It provides
information about the respondents and the research's main topic. These chapters
also cover the type of research, research design, the research setting where the
study will be conducted, a description of our product, the outlook for the industry
and its size, the target market, market segmentation and presentation, in marketing

be applicable to our business. This also demonstrates the process of data
collection.
Our “LuMai Business” is a form of healthy, nutritious and tasty food that
will offer to our customers. By making and observing while making our product
the children didn’t notice that our products is made of vegetables and they want to
eat more. Our product LuMai which is lumpia and siomai is made of pork and

vegetables it has a lot of nutrients that will get in the pork like phosphorous,
selenium, and thiamine are all rich sources of vitamins and minerals. And also
Pork is a rich source of vitamins B6 and B12, which are also necessary for the
development of blood cells and proper brain function. Pork is a fantastic source of
iron as well since the human digestive system can easily absorb the heme-iron
present in red foods. Pork contains selenium, which is crucial for healthy thyroid
function. A six-ounce pork chop has more selenium than the daily recommended
intake by more than 100%. The very important ingredients in our product is
vegetables, will used a squash, potato and carrots. The first one is the squash are
abundant in vitamin C, which is vital for cell growth and repair. Squash also has a
lot of fiber, which helps with digestion. It also has a benefit that will get in
Squash, like it contains a wealth of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that have
a number of health advantages. Squash's antioxidants can be very helpful in
lowering oxidative stress. In turn, this might aid in lowering the risk of cancer.
Squash also has additional health advantages, including: improved eye health,
reduced risk of depression and enhance skin health. Second ingredients are potato,
Potato are an excellent source of many vitamins and minerals, especially
potassium and vitamin C. and also potatoes harbor some healthy antioxidants that
are responsible for many of their health benefits and mostly concentrated in the
skin. The last ingredients are carrot, Carrot is a great source of potassium,
antioxidants, and vitamin A. Carrots are colored orange by a pigment called beta-
carotene, which is also healthy for your health. When ingested in food, it

Siomai - Is the Filipino term for steamed Chinese dumplings that are usually
filled with pork, occasionally shrimp.
