INTRODUCTION

With the help of this user manual you will be able to know how to enter and
manage the IPS page in case you have any questions about how to do it.
LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM

This allows administrative users to choose the tabs they want to log in to.

- Login
- Register user
- Request invoices
- Queries
- Doctor
- Database
LOGIN

In this module allows the administrator to enter the system


- Enter username
- The system indicate the registered name
- Enter the password
- The system indicates the valid password
- The system allows you to enter the application

REGISTER USER

In this module allows the administrator to enter for the first time
a new user registering their personal data as:
- Names
- Surnames
- Document type
- Number
- Date of birth
- Email
- Direction
- Phone

we can cancel or register

REQUEST INVOICES

In this module we can consult invoices that have already been issued
using the following data:

- Identification card
- Name
- Phone
- Order No.
when we have finished we give him a search
QUERIES

In this module we can check what the results have been by filling in the
following data:

- Results
- Prescription
- Sample
When filling in these data we give you to cancel or consult

DOCTOR
in this module the doctor will be able to know everything about his
patient just by filling in these data:

- File No.
- Specialty
- Clinic history
when filling these fields the doctor gives it to generate or cancel
consultation.

DATABASE

in this module you will be able to know the data of all the patients

- Order code
- Modify data
- Scheduling
GLOSSARY

Module: a module is a portion of a computer program. Of the various tasks


that a programmust perform to fulfill its function or objectives, a module will
usually perform one of thesetasks.
Application: It is a computer program designed as a tool to allow a user to
perform one orseveral types of tasks.
Doctor: it is a module that allows doctors to be able to consult everything their
patients do and to know how to proceed.
Database: it is a set of data belonging to the same context and systematically
stored for lateruse.
