Design Concept
LOADING ZONE ARE SCATTERED AROUND THE AREA,
MOSTLY AROUND SM CITY BATANGAS.
The proposed project would be sustainable architecture. Most

Significance of Proposed Approach

The proposed approach will increase the probability of

maintining Batangeuños practice to pre-Hispanic

traditions, beliefs, mythological creatures persist in

their everyday life, within the community are included

foreigners, retirees, business owners and students

living in the near area. It will give the people varieties

in one place that they can easily go to. The robustness

of this place will help the community circulates and be

active. This project can help families both physically

and emotionally. We will be designing green and

sustainable architecture with a modern contemporary

touch. This way both children and seniors will likely be

fascinated with the design. By this approach we will

also be considering ramps, proper stair execution, pwd

parkings, and elevators. Airflow is important, we will

introduce more open spaces to the site for better

airflow and natural lighting. For materials, we decided

to use local materials for construction and for

interiors. The use of local materials will be able to

contribute a positively social life for the community,

to create a emotional response and to add moments of

delight and solace to our daily experiences.

Sustainable design will not only help the environment

but will also help with the cost of the project to be less

than using full concrete and imported materials.
