 Discussion was made with owner representative of the building on methodologies how to maintain the major
defects observed on the building and it is under study.
 Electrical contractor which is used for control of electrical power circuit is purchased and fixed.
  Shatter maintenance and replacement work is on progress.

 Cash lift maintenance is under negotiation for fixing the missed equipment.
 AC maintenance work is done.
