SITE MANAGERS WEEKLY REPORT This form should be completed each Saturday and returned to RGs Vice Pres ident. A brief summary of each of the following topics should be included in the report: I. Project Update A. Work starting or completed: Kitchen wall tiles are installed but there are some modifications which will be made this week 25% of the dishwashing area wall tiles are installed- The prefunction marble architraves installation has started Wood panels used for the wall cladding installation has started in the ballroom the AHU is delivered and will be installed this week the mechanical room floor insulation- the epoxy coating will be made tomorrow and it will take 2 days to finish main power cables are being installed Gypsum ceiling first fix is almost finished the elevators of the projectors are installed in the ballroom all problems which were encountered in the ballroom concerning the ceiling height are solved and only waiting to be executed final modifications in the fire fighting works in the pre-function area are made and SHAKER is coming tomorrow to inspect it B. Work Continuing: Electrical work woodwork wall cladding in the ballroom installation of the marble architraves- installation of the architraves gypsum works in the ballroom final HVAC modifications in the ballroom - epoxy coating of the mechanical room floor C. Stop Work Orders D. Other Delays:. Job meetings held and/or special visitors to site: Normal visits were done from FSH and TMG to check the consistency of the work done. Problems encountered and/or pending change orders. It was agreed to use one of the grease traps which are present in the hotel in the ballroom kitchen. The problem is that the hotel has two standard sizes of the grease trap and none of them is matching the size that will be used in the ballroom kitchen, so we will manufacture the grease trap and this will postpone the grease trap issue but we dont have any other option Subcontractors scheduled for work during the upcoming week. Electrical works marble works Gypsum works Ceramic works fire fighting works installation of the supports and rail of the panelfold door Major work / Materials/ and or Shop Drawings inspected, tested and/or approved. The void release for the pre-function area was done and SHAKER required an as-built drawing for the HVAC which was made and sent for them. SHAKER required to revise the drawing and to resubmit it and it was resubmitted and we are waiting for their reply the fire fighting inspection was done and there are some comments which should be modified in the prefunction area to get the approval on the fire fighting works Pipes valves and fan coil unit data sheets are approved in principle but should be revised an resubmitted telephone, tv system and data cables are approved AV equipment is approved as noted Information of special interest.
