CALL TO ORDER:
Mary June Raphaella V. Alegado- President called the meeting to order @ 4:30 p.m.,
Sept.16,2022 - Grade 7- Matthew Classroom (GiCC Building).

DISCUSSIONS:

 Roles of being a Student-Body Officer:

1. President (Mary June Raphaella)- The president will run SBO
meetings and takes overall responsibility for the
Organization. The President must supply an agenda to the
Advisor and Secretary at least one day prior to meeting. The
President must also attend 95% of all meetings. The President
represents the Junior High whether they are in school or not.

2. Vice President (Mary June Michaella)- The VP must be ready

to fill in for the President if the President is absent or removed
from office. The VP will also help oversee the Treasury along
with the Treasurer. The VP will also organize committees and
liaise with other school organizations to help coordinate activities
and events. The VP will be assisted in these duties by the
Secretary. The Vice-President must attend 95% of all meetings.

3. External Secretary (Jeal-ann Rodriguez)- checking of

attendance, mag-gunit sa notebook, lista sa mga still not paid sa
fines,writing of minutes.

4. Internal Secretary (Marc Cassey B. Ayudtud)- Typing of

minutes, reminders, agendas, things/files needed to type, and
finalize/finalizing.
 5. Treasurer & Auditor (Justine Langres & Yomie Sillacay)- The
Treasurer & Auditor records and controls the flow of SBO funds. The Treasurer &
Auditor must be very trust-worthy. Any mismanagement of SBO funds will not be
tolerated, and attend at least 80% of all meetings.

6. P.I.O. (Lord Angelo Cantara & Joshua Remegio)- Will

always check the shifts/schedules. Inspections.Ask for
permission to inspect or start an inspection,always double check.

7. Peace Officers- Head sa Gate. Maintain peace and order within

the premises of the school; Act as chief peace officer and over all
Sergeant – At- Arms of subordinate organizations and classes; .
Inspections.Ask for permission to inspect or start an
inspection,always double check.

8. Senators- It is the responsibility of the elected members of the

Senate to actively represent the needs, concerns and ideas of the
students for which they serve. Senators have an obligation to
become actively engaged with the regular business of the Senate.
This would include attending all scheduled meetings, programs,
and events.Comply when the core officers would need some
help.

9. Grade-Level Representatives- It is their responsibility to gather

the ideas and concerns of their grade and present them, along
with possible actions, to the SBO. They are also responsible for
taking part in committees and carrying out SBO assignments.
These students should out-going and willing to talk any and all of
the students in their grade. They must attend at least 80% of all
meetings.
