PROCESS QUESTIONS:

1. What are the biggest surprises to you regarding the blind spots?

The biggest surprise to me was that I am intelligent because there are a

lot of times that I feel unintelligent, there's a tremendous number of things I
know nothing about and there's tremendous number of things I just haven't been
able to master. But maybe it Is true that sometimes, we can see things in others
that they don't see in themselves. One of those things is intelligence. Whether
through life circumstances or due to how intelligence is presented as singular in
most education curriculums, some people which also includes me, don't realize
just how smart they actually are.

2. Which adjectives may be helpful to you since you now know others
perceptions and observations?

Just like my first answer, I am surprised that my girlfriend see me as an

intelligent person. I sometimes doubt myself and I known that is not good. By
knowing this, it helps me to boost my confidence more and believe in myself
that I am capable with a lot of things.

3. What Hidden adjectives would you like to show more often to your team
members? What would be the first step you could take to move in this
direction?

I think probably kindness is my number one attribute as a human being.

People may not know about it often but I know myself that I am kind to
everyone. I know that I am the type of person who respects feelings and needs
of others and I am careful not to offend or hurt anyone. The first step that I
would take to move in this direction is by staying the same. I will continue to
respect people, offer a helping hand, be there to listen and express empathy.
