    Dear Sir:

    Peace and all good!

    We would like to inform you that we will be terminating your service in our
    company xxxxx.

    We learned that you have not paid the SSS contribution of your workers in
    the past months. Such is a violation against RA. 11199, Social Security Act
    of 2018, Sec. 22, b. The employers must secure the SSS contribution of its
    employee. It is also a violation of our contract and our dignity as a religious
    instate.

    For this reason, we will be terminating your agency’s service beginning on


    November 1, 2022.
