This quote ("Quote") applies to the UiPath Software listed above and is subject to the software licensing and services agreement in force
between Customer and UiPath ("Existing Terms"). If there are no Existing Terms, this Quote is subject to the Master Software and
Services Agreement located at https://www.uipath.com/hubfs/legalspot/UiPath_MSSA.pdf (or successor website). Any purchases, renewals,
and upgrades to new versions starting with 21.10 product release of the Software may be subject to specific terms, as detailed in the
Product Specific Terms, available at https://www.uipath.com/hubfs/legalspot/Product_Specific_Terms.pdf (or successor website) which
supplements the Existing Terms and becomes applicable starting with the first purchase, renewal or upgrade of such Software and remains
applicable for any other subsequent purchase thereof. Any Third-Party Software detailed in this Quote is subject to Third Party Terms located
at https://www.uipath.com/third-party-products (or successor website). In case of any discrepancies between this Quote and the applicable
purchase order ("PO") the terms of the Quote will prevail. The Start and End Dates above represent best estimates of the License Term
