Questions:
1. School-community relationship is seen as the best shared strong linkages partnerships anchored on volunteerism
and community-based practices. From this, cite examples or instances wherein community success is also a
school achievement or vice versa.

Answer: There are instances wherein the school success is also the achievement of the community the best example of
this, is the implementation of distance learning especially to those far-flung schools that it should have a good
partnership of community and school for the delivery of the learning resources needed by the learners in the
community.

2. We know that the school and community are the mainspring of effective and powerful forces that can create
wholesome climate for mutual gains and betterment, therefore being a school head how would you establish an
effective school community relation programs in your school?

Answer: As a future school head I would establish an effective school community relation programs in our school
through involving the community members in different programs and activities implemented in the school and give
them recognition to their help and support to let inspired and continue helping and giving support to the school. And
I will implement some activities that can be beneficial to everyone in the school and the community as well.

3. Explain the statement. If principal is not committed to the change process, it is unwise to move forward in the
process. Give an example if only, if you are experiencing this kind of administration.

Answer: If the principal is not committed to the change process, this is the time that the teachers can make a way
through conference to convince or enlighten the principal the effect of the system that he/she stand for, and I believe
that with the collaboration of the teachers the principal will no longer stand in their principle that cannot be
beneficial to the school environment.

4. The school Governing Council is geared toward the holistic development of school children; it is child-centered
and focus on the learner’s performance. Cite any instances that the SGC in our school community work towards
continuous improvement of student learning outcomes.

Answer: The School Governing Council work towards continuous improvement of the student learning outcomes
when they have monitoring in the community regarding the activity that might the learners involve in like in playing
computer games during class hours or playing basketball during class hours.
