TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Prices quoted are exclusively for Sophitorium Engineering College, Odisha, and its entities only
and is in INR currency.
2. Payment terms: 100% along with full taxes immediately against license delivery
3. Installation
Software will be considered as installed after 30 days from the date of supply & training unless
there is any delay from Altem Technologies Pvt Ltd
4. GST is extra as indicated in the above-mentioned investment details. However, any changes by
Govt of India in the tax structure during billing shall be borne by the customer. Any
concession/waiver claimed shall be supported by valid government notification/documentation,
the failure of which the GST shall be charged @ 18%.
5. Delivery – 4-6 weeks from the date of commercially and technically valid PO, payment or duly
signed license agreement document whichever is later. Language shall be English only
6. This quotation will remain valid till 30th September 2022 only

8. Site requirements
A separate document is enclosed along with this proposal on the system requirements and
hardware supported. Altem Technologies Pvt Ltd will not be held responsible for any
hardware/software/technical issues at installation site. In case of any issues in the same,
payment towards supplier should not be held/delayed. However, Licenses will be generated
once the installation site is ready
9. License type
License provided are Perpetual in nature / License key will be issued annually.
10. Warranty
Warranty will be 12 months from the date of license generation. During warranty period,
customer is entitled for software upgrade, trouble shooting, maintenance and update
Familiarization training on new release/features if any.
