A. Man is hit by car.

o Citizen : “Help.. Help there is an accident”.

o Nurse : “what actually happened?”
o Citizen : “This man in hit by a car drove very fast”
o Nurse : “I see the condition of the victim is very serious”
o Citizen : “Yeaa.., what we had to do?”
o Nurse : “I think we should be called ambulance to bring the victim to the
hospital”
o Citizen : “Well I will call an ambulance”
o Nurse : “But the victim should be in help”
o Citizen : “Who here can give first aid?”
o Nurse :”I will give first aid because I nurse”
o Citizen : “Well.. what can we help you?”
o Nurse : “I think we have to move a victim to a more comfortable place”
o Citizen : “Okee we are doing now”

B. A lady vomits blood.

o Patient : “Help me..”

o Nurse : “What you feel now?”
 o Patient : “My stomach is very sick and hot until I vomits blood”
o Nurse : “Please sit down… make your body as comfortable”
o Patient : “Can you help me now?”
o Nurse : “I just give suggestion for you, because I don’t bring health tool”
o Patient : “What your suggestion?”
o Nurse : “My suggestion is now you have to go to the hospital to check
you organs distracted”
o Patient : “Can you take me there?”
o Nurse : “Yes I can”
o Patient : “Thank you”

C. A man looks weak.

o Nurse : “Are you tired?”

o Patient : “Yes… I am very tired”
o Nurse : “What are you doing today?”

2. How to face a hopeless patient?

I will give motivation to patient about the needs of his life and I will give education about
hot the face of life with better and is not easy desperate.

3. What is your advice to you patient when she is on pregnancy?

I will give some suggestion, one of them is give advice for always check the womb of
regularly to the doctor or a midwife, always consums food nutritious to keep the healt of womb,
and she should do sport regularly.

4. Give your suggestion in improving the quality of Indonesian nurses?

My suggestion is :

 The nurse have to increase the value of nursing profesionals

 The nurse have to has a high social
 The nurse had to have a science and experience enough
 The nurse able to provide quality service.

5. What should you do if you found one of your friends cannot speak English at all?
 Because in the times now speak English very important and needed so everyone is required
to speak English. If there are my friends who don’t speak English at all I will give him
motivation for he can learn speak English from the start and tells how important speak English is
in present life.
