Greetings!
I am presently enrolled at Juancho and Placida Padayao National High School and
presently doing on research study as partial fulfillment of the requirements for Senior
High School with General Academic Strand for Academic Year 2019-2020.
With this, may we have the honor to ask permission from your good office to allow us to
conduct a research study among the selected students at every year level of Juancho
and Placida Padayao National High School, Tubod- Dugoan, Dumanjug, Cebu. This is
in view with our research study entitled, “Factors that Actuate Students Reluctant
Participation during Classes”.
The research study would be arranged at a time convenient to the research and
students schedule. There is no known or anticipated risk to the participations in this
study. All information will have kept in utmost confidentiality and will be used only for
academic purposes.

Almighty Father, I am so sorry for the things I have done, for the way I complain about

the struggles I had encountered. Please forgive me for my bad attitudes when things

don’t go on my way. Thank you for the blessings that you have showered to us, thank

you for the guidance, for giving us strength and hope when life goes tough. Please help

me to be stronger when I am so down, please give me knowledge and wisdom, please

keep me safe and far from danger. Help me to accomplish this work, be at my side

always for me to talk to when things get difficult in me especially when I’m in confusion.

Help me to learn how to face every challenges in my life with confidence. I want to see

your hand in every part of my day – good or bad. I know that you are always on me

even though I cannot hear your voice or see your hand at work. In Jesus Name, Amen...
