    TO ALL MEMBERS OF STAFF

    FROM CATERING MANAGER

    SUBJECT CLOSURE OF CANTEEN

    With effect from next Monday, the canteen will be


    closed for 3 weeks. A you will know, the canteen is
    in need of extensive modernization and
    redecoration. I had hoped that all necessary work
    would have been carried out during last summer’s
    3 weeks’ holiday break. Unfortunately, due to a
    last - minute misunderstanding, this was not
    possible.

    I apologize for any inconvenience you may be


    caused but feel sure you will consider the
    forthcoming improvements more than compensate
    for it.
