SUBJECT CLOSURE OF CANTEEN

With effect from next Monday the canteen will be closed 3 weeks. As you will know, the
canteen is in need of extensive modernization and redecoration. I had hoped that all necessary
work would have been carried out during last summer’s 3 week holiday break. Unfortunately,
due to a last-minute misunderstanding, this was not possible.

I apologize for any inconvenience you may be caused but feel sure you will consider the
forthcoming improvements more than compensate for it.
