SCHEDULE 2
SCHEDULE OF RATES / MANPOWER DEPLOYMENT

Supervisor

S$20.00 per hour (Weekdays) minimum 4 hrs

S$30.00 per hour (Weekends) minimum 4hrs

He shall report at 9.00am to the Condo Manager daily to coordinate the work schedule for the day
and/or receive specific instructions, If any. He shall be on site at all times supervising the works
according to the planned schedule.

Cleaners

S$15.00 per hour (Weekdays) minimum 4 hrs

S$ 20.00 per hour (weekdays) minimum 4hrs

In the even of shortage of cleaning operative and/or supervisor, the Contractor shall be given 3
hours grace for immediate replacement. If no replacement is found after the expiration of the 3
hours grace period, there would be a deduction fee of S$50.00 per cleaner and S$80.00 per
supervisor per day. During festive periods, if the Contractor is unable to find a replacement within
the 3 hours grace period then, the Contractor shall vary the Contract sum accordingly to reflect the
shortage in man power deployed to carry out the services hereunder of the designed areas set out
Schedule 2 hereto.

1st Shift 1 Supervisor +8 Housekeepers 8.00am to 4.00pm
Mondays to Fridays
2nd Shift 1 House keeper 4.30pm to 8.00pm
1st Shift 1 Supervisor +8 Housekeepers 8.00am to 1.00pm
Saturdays
2nd Shift 1 House keeper 1.00pm to 8.00pm
1st Shift 1 Supervisor +3 Housekeepers 8.00am to 12.00pm
Sundays/PHs
2nd Shift 1 House keeper 1.00pm to 8.00pm
Break Time 10.00am to 10.30am, 12.00pm to 1.00pm & 3.00pm to 3.30pm
