    To : All Owners & Residence of Avens Residence
    Subject : MANAGEMENT OFFICE CLOSURE – RAYA AIDILADHA

    In conjunction with the celebration of Raya Aidiladha. The Management Office will
    be closed on 29th June 2023 (Thursday) and will resume as usual on 30th June 2023
    (Friday).

    Should there be any emergency assistance required during the closure of the
    Management Office, kindly look for the security personnel on duty at Guard House
    or contact our Security General Line at 018 979 2019.

    Please take note that during public holidays Moving In / Out and Renovation work is
    NOT ALLOWED.
