TERMS & CONDITIONS

(A) RATES
1. Corporate Rates accorded are Nett, inclusive of 10% service tax, 6% SST.
Not Inclusive of Melaka Heritage Tax RM 2.00 per room per night. Subject to change without
prior notice.
2. Rates quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and Non-Commissionable.
3. Room rates are based on per room per night basis.
4. All information and rates offered in this agreement are “STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL” and
should not be disclosed to any Third Party for whatever reason or purpose.
5. The Tour Operator shall under no circumstances, offer Hotel rates higher than the prevailing
walk-in rates at the intended time of occupancy.
6. Rates extended are strictly for not applicable for online bookings.

(B) RESERVATIONS PROCEDURES
1. Reservations made through telephone calls, must be subsequently followed by fax or letter.
2. All rooms’ reservations are subject to availability and confirmation from the Hotel.
3. Unless flight details are advised, the Hotel reserves the rights to hold reservations until 6pm
on the arrival date.
4. A sample of the official Tour Operator’s voucher must be sent to the Hotel for reference.
5. The Tour Operators must direct all group and individual reservations through the following

6.Rooms are assigned by the hotels and based on ROH (run of house) unless otherwise indicated.

(C) CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIME

1. The official check-in time is after 3PM onwards and check-out time is 12PM.
2. Rooms required late check-out of up to 12PM on the day of the departure will be charged at
RM30.00 per hour, and subject to room availability.

(D) ROOMING LIST

Complete rooming list should be received latest by 7 days prior to the group’s scheduled
arrival, which must also include the flight information and estimated arrival time to
the hotel, failing which all reservations will be automatically released.

(E) FIT CANCELLATION

Cancellation notices must be received by the Hotel in writing at least 7 days prior to the
arrival date, failing which a 50% cancellation charge of the estimated total revenue will apply.

(F) GIT CANCELLATION

1. Cancellation notices must be received by the Hotel in writing at least 14 days prior to the
arrival date, failing which a 50% cancellation charge of the estimated total revenue will
apply.
2. In the event of “NO SHOW”, reduction of confirmed reservations or less than 7 days
notice of cancellation prior to arrival date, a 100% cancellation charge of the estimate
total revenue will apply.

(G) ROOM POLICY
1. We strictly observe the room capacity policy which:
i. Superior King/Twin could accommodate maximum 3 adults (including extra bed) and
free 1 child below 12 years old .
ii. Premium King could accommodate maximum 3 adults (including extra bed)and free 1
child below 12 years old .
iii. Premium Triple/Deluxe Triple could accommodate maximum 4 adults (including extra
bed) and free 1 child below 12 years old .

2. Room service only available from 9AM-5PM upon request. Kindly drop by to our Front
Office for any inquiry after the period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

3. Smoking policy : Fine RM300 if found smoking in rooms.

(H) TERMS OF PAYMENT

1. Payment Procedures: Full payment must be settled 7 days before check-in, unless both
contracting parties have agreed upon separate written credit arrangements.
2. Failing: The Hotel has the right to demand payment from the guests directly.
3. All payments are to be in the form of bank draft, drawn on banks in Malaysia or
Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account (personal cheque is not allowed).
4. Payment remittance to be in local currency only and bank charges incurred to be borne
by your company.
5. All cheques must be made “A/C Payee” payable only to FARMOSA CITY HOTEL SDN BHD
via direct bank-in facilities as follows:

6. In the event that the fare has not been paid in full for any reason prior the guest arrival,
we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to check-in and will be considered full
payment on cash basis upon guest arrival.

 (I) Confidentiality and Exclusivity
1. This contract remains confidential between the undersigned and designated clientele and
shall not disclose to other parties.
2. Any amendment to this agreement shall not be valid until agreed in writing by authorized
management of the company.
