.4 plotting techniques and relative and true motion concepts

and limitations, and processing delays
.2 use of operational warnings and system tests
.3 methods of target acquisition and their limitations
.4 true and relative vectors, graphic representation of target
information and danger areas
.5 deriving and analyzing information, critical echoes,
exclusion areas and trial maneuver
Course Outcome CO2: Use RADAR / ARPA in collision avoidance during restricted
visibility.
