 Please kindly tell me a little about what your current job role is in the organisation?
My present occupation part is teamwork with the administration and investors in the annual
general meeting for projects to implement sustainably.

 Given your role in this organisation, please explain what does “sustainability” mean to you and your
organisation?
Our organization implemented projects and establishment groups to publicized the validation of an
settlement in Dubai Al Faisaliah Group Medical Systems Co. in the presence of my direction as
CEO of Al Faisaliah Group. We equip the biggest cardiac center in the Kingdom’s reserved
sector. The group described implementation the preliminary segment of the 150-bed Sulaiman Al-
Habib Hospital structure at a budget surpassing $150 million.
The group indicated Al-Faisaliah Medical Systems Co. which is a secondary of Al-Faisaliah
Holding Group, in a bid to subsidise to the application of the development concluded Cardio Space
platform. Which intentions to set strategies for unindustrialized and improving cardiac centres in
reliability, sustainability and conventionality with the methodical advancement, to increase the
performance in command to serve the community and its participants. And to make sure
accomplish a progressive health care program in the arena of medicine and cardiology, in
consistence with the world-wide standards and in conformation with the local situation, group
chairman Sulaiman Al Habib added for achieving.

 Do you think your organisation has a more dominant sustainability approach?


Every organization wants to implement strategies which will enhance their development and do for
society with initiatives regarding sustainability. Many projects for the utilization of resources and
environment friendly products to improve.

 Can you describe the key drivers that have fuelled the need for implementing sustainability initiatives in
your organisation?
Our association is a supportive governmental organization, the core proficiencies of our group
medical facility with security and procurement, and providing appointments is amount of providing
the organization assistant the fundamental of the safety role the government of Abu Dhabi puts
excessive importance on sustainability and reassures all work practices to create sustainable
structures.

The next few questions will focus on key sustainability initiatives that have been implemented or planning to implement in
your organisation in the next 5 years.

‘sustainability initiatives’ that are:
 Currently being implemented in your organisation
Regular change in consuming and utilization of resources where possible in order to implementing
sustainable applications in structures at diverse levels permitting to the existing budget and the
type of plan, such as performance and quality of the structure which low environmental influence
arrangements with support of our management.
 Planning to implement in your organisation in the next 5 years?
In next five years our organization wants to achieve highest market share for sale and profitability.
New advanced technologies implemented for increase in production and quality products which
are best for environment friendliness and services to clients to satisfy them. Which enhance 30%
our sale and profit.

The discussions have been very interesting. The next few questions will focus on main challenges organisations face in
implementing key sustainability initiative.

 From the job role and responsibilities that you perform in this organisation, please, enlighten me on the
main challenges your organisation face in implementing sustainability initiatives?
1- In our organization some employees have less knowledge about sustainability in all projects
and plans implemented.
2- There is budget to implement plans and projects with effective and efficient output is difficult to
maintain.
3- Communicate about sustainability in organization to employees is difficult one. Information flow
is not easy for all employees to communicate them.
4- Our organization is working for the best quality services to customers and environment safety
and friendly projects is tough task to accomplish.

The next question will focus on the impact of key sustainability initiatives on organisational competitiveness.

 Given your job roles and responsibility, kindly explain how the efforts of sustainability initiatives have
contributed to your organisation’s competitiveness?
I have formed committee recently which works for the environment safety issues and society
welfare to facilitate people. We achieved progress in task completion and awards receive for this
achievement from government.

 In your view is there a need for developing “a mobile application for managing transformational change
towards sustainability” in your organisation.
Sustainability management and its application for transformational change need to implement, so
that organizational needs for investigation and projects efficiently completeness measure
accurately with the help and support of staff.

 If so, what are the features would you like to see in the mobile application framework.
