    My house used clay and concrete as roof finishes. Clay tiles are made by putting the molded clay into a
    high temperature. The clay tiles appearance is aesthetic because of their natural earthy appearance.
    Usually the clay tiles colors will turn into brown, orange and white after the burning processes. While
    concrete is made from a mix of sand, water and cement. The shape and toughness of the concrete is
    because of the heat and exposed to high temperatures and pressures. The difference between these
    processes is that the density of clay is determined according to how long the tile is exposed to the high
    temperatures. Concrete comes in all shapes and all sizes and can also be painted in any color of your
    choosing. If you have a particular color you want your roof to have, then concrete tiling might be the
    better option for you. A tile that is cracked needs to be replaced. The weather protection, insulating
    properties, energy efficiency and obviously the appearance are all affected. We should get any cracks
    tiles replaced to avoid leaks or damage. Next the problem is tiles slid out. We should repair it or replace
    it to avoid an accident. For maintenance, we should do some inspections, cleaning , debris removal and
    repairs.
