REFLECTIONS ON THE VMGO OF THE GRADUATE SCHOOL

EDMAN 200: ADVANCED PHILOSOPHY OF EDUCATION WITH CURRICULUM
PLANNING, DESIGN AND EVALUATION

1.What are the significant insights I learned from the VMGO of the graduate school?

The significant insights I learned about Vision, Mission and Goals and Objective are
that planning and designing the curriculum are salient in crafting a school, this is like
a blueprint on how buildings were structured. Vision will be the guide or plan in
school and the mission will make the vision come true, Goals is the long-term plan
which the school aims and objectives is a task to achieve the aims of school by the
VMGO of graduate school I’ve learned that it envisions to have an innovative program
that helps learners, not only to have a good quality of education they will experienced
but also an experienced they can share on their perspective institution or school.

2. In what way can I make the VMGO of the graduate school be realized?

The VMGO of the graduate school can be realized by having a productive and effective
leaders who leads his constituents to be a productive citizen, by this way I can say
that the Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives of Graduate School is no longer only a
vision but a reality and it has so many proof and evidences.

3. How can I apply the VMGO to my profession? Colleagues, learners and society
itself?

I can apply Vision, Mission, Goals and Objective in my profession by having a

systematized planning and crafting curriculum by this way of planning I will
