REFLECTION on the
VISION, MISSION, GOALS AND OBJECTIVES OF RMMC Graduate School
The vision of RMMC is that RMMC graduate school is an innovative institution that
produces leaders with culture excellence. To be innovative individual and as an innovative
teacher led to be a best leader with culture excellence. Innovative teacher will produce and
provide quality and equitable education. I, as a teacher and leader to my pupils will make sure to
do my best, duties and responsibilities to help and instill learnings to my pupils. For me to become
an innovative teacher I will be an attentive listener to other teachers, pupils, and even in parents.
To create a sense of personal connection, reflect on my previous lesson to enhance effectiveness,
design engage lesson plans and models, collaborate to enhance my knowledge and skills and to
prioritize what my pupil’s needs. To be an innovative teacher will provide a quality education for
them to have a better future and a good individual/leader in their generation.

The mission of RMMC is that the RMMC Graduate Program is committed to innovating
programs and services by providing quality education. This mission inspires me as a teacher
to provide a quality, equitable, culture-based and complete basic education to my learners. Having
48 pupils inside my classrooms is not easy to deal with, especially after the 2 years of pandemic.
Some of them do not know how to read. I even asked myself on what to do or what techniques or
strategies that I need to use in teaching. It’s not really easy but this is my novel profession and it is
my duties and responsibilities to teach them and to provide a quality education. Aside from that, I
saw my pupils that they are excited and eager to learn, I tried my very best to be an effective and
innovative teacher. By doing this, I used different kinds of methods, techniques and strategies that
fit in their needs. I prepared instructional materials for reading; I even prepared my room to have a
conducive learning environment and for them to be motivated to go on class every weekday. We
also have enough time for reading and writing every day. By having these, I believe that I can
provide a quality education to my pupils.

The goals and objectives of RMMC are the following:

1. Provide quality instructions.
To provide a quality instruction to my learners I always use clear and precise direction or instruction
especially I am an Elementary Teacher. I have to provide a quality instruction for them to easily
understand the task or what should they have to do. Aside from using clear and precise direction, I
also repeat the direction or instruction to my learners. In an elementary, they also ask you
repeatedly though it was already written on the board or you mentioned it twice or more. Elementary
pupils they wanted to make sure on what they are going to do. to provide quality instruction I also
explain the purpose if the activity or the task that they need to accomplished and I make sure that
my pupils understand on what the activity is all about. I used an appropriate tone especially in
teaching English for them to understand and to avoid confusion. Aside from that, I always provide
an example. By giving examples they easily understand the topic or lesson or activity.

2. Foster a sustainable research tradition.

Research is very important in our lives. It allows us to disprove lies and support the truths. It is a
means to find gauge, and seize opportunities. It promotes a love of and confidence in reading,
writing, analyzing, and sharing valuable information. It is very important to foster a sustainable
research tradition. Fostering important things, ideas, research is like our lives. The truth will prevail
and valuable information will be given because of research.

3. Produce proactive and committed educational leaders.

Educational leaders focus on instruction and people. Through the day – to – day actions, we have to
act in a professional manner and engage in regular self – reflection. Being a trustworthy, respectful
and understanding are some of the attitude or personalities does the teacher and effective leaders
have. By having these my leaners, parents and my co-teachers will trust, respect, have compassion
and hope towards me. People are motivated to work with leaders they can depend on, and who
genuinely care about them, provide a solid and reliable foundation, and inspire hope for the future.
