This office represents ith regards to the above referenced


mortgage. It has come to our attention that t is mortgage was previously owned by Chase. The
servicing and\or ownership of this mortgage has been transferred now to Real Time Solutions.
Real Time has directed my client to cease making payments to any other entity. Furthermore,
Real Time Solutions has stated that no payments had been credited to their account since they
received the mortgage from Chase. You are under an obligation to have all payments transferred
to the mortgage holder if you are the servicer of the mortgage. The failure to make these transfers
is a clear violation of the Real Estate Settlement Disclosures Act.

Kindly provide my office with a break down of all payments received and disbursements
made on this account.

Ifl do not receive confirmation ofrcceipt of this letter and the requested information
