This letter is to confirm Chase Home Finance's acceptance to sell and assign our
NOTE/MORTAGE for the above referenced account.
Chase Home Finance agrees to this assignment for the agreed purchase price of $4500.00. This
agreement expires on 1/29/2010.
This transaction will be assigned to our Chase Home Finance attorney in the state of California,
who will prepare the necessary assignment. The original loan documents and assignment will be
sent to you by overnight mail within the next 21 business days of receiving funds .
Please be sure that the funds are wired to our office no later than 11am Eastern time by
1/29/2010.

Attached are some of the faxes/letters. My letter to Real Time confirms a phone conversation I had wherein I was directed to
have my client cease payments to SA Capital. If you are still the owner of the mortgage, kindly allow this email to serve as a

request to continue the settlement agreement. My clients can continue the payments. I believe the last payment was made in
November 2013 so they may not be behind at this time.

You are hereby notified that the collection duties associated with your JPMorgan Chase Bank ("Chase") mortgage loan, that is the right
to collect payments from you, are being transferred from Chase to REAL TIME RESOLUTIONS, INC. ("Real Time") effective
09105/2012. This transfer of servicing duties associated with your mortgage loan does not affect any terms or conditions of your
mortgage instruments, other than the terms directly related to the collection of money from you.
Real Time recognizes that you may have a received a discharge order in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. However, despite your discharge,
Chase continues to hold a lien on your property under its Mortgage/Deed of Trust. Please be advised that Chase may be willing to
release its lien for a reduced amount. Due to your bankruptcy, you will not receive monthly billing statements unless we receive a
written request from you.
This letter is not an attempt to collect a debt, and you do NOT personally owe Chase any balance whatsoever. This is simply an
invitation to explore the possibility of obtaining a release of Chase's lien. Please note that Chase's lien will continue to encumber your
property unless arrangements such as those we have described herein are made.
If our records are incorrect and the property is no longer in your possession, we would greatly appreciate any infom1ation that you are
able to provide about the current occupants.
