9. CONCLUSION

• Why should the CSP committee approve the proposed activities and
funding?
• To include the problems and solutions you propose to the CSP
• To put in your request that you are making for funding
• To list down why you and your team are in the most advantageous
position to execute the project.
• To explain why the timing and the necessity of the funding is
imperative.
Example:
In conclusion, we propose for the CSP committee to approve our
bonding/Interaction activity and the funding request by us because
Home for the Angels only have the funding enough to sustain the daily
necessities of the orphans and this home does not have the excess fund
for any improvement of the environment or living conditions. We
propose that the project should be carried out as soon as possible so
that the orphanage can live comfortably and have a proper and
conductive place to study and have sufficient revision materials so
that they are able to follow up their studies. We are in the most
advantageous position to execute the project because we come from
different backgrounds with different abilities and ideas to help our
CSP partner and we have also conducted many discussions before
making this proposal after considering different elements which we
have compiled all our findings so we are submitting our proposal for
your approval.
