 In my professional life, I am basically a marketer working in a giant group of

companies and that is Noapara Group. In Noapara Group I am HOD, Media and I
am the Director of communication of DMFR Molecular Lad, TotiCell Bangladesh
Limited, EW Villa Medica Bangladesh Limited, and Concord Pharmaceuticals. I am
basically responsible for making media strategies and HOD for the entire group.
Also, I am leading a large venture over there that is the sister concern of the entire
group.
 Regarding my educational background, I passed SSC from Agrani Girls School and
college back in 2000 and completed HSC in 2002. I completed BBA in marketing in
2007. I received 100% scholarship for my graduation. After graduation, I started
my career in Carat worldwide as a coordinator of media. I had worked there for 8
years. After that, I switched to TOM (Top of Mind – media Agency). I handled and
lead Nokia, Panasonic, Horlics, Molfix, tang Bangladesh, Ajinomoto, KDS, SCB and
many banks, MGI, Coke, Apex etc. more than 35 renowned brands.
 I do believe that completing an MBA program demonstrates a commitment to
learning, improving, and applying skills that can help me to succeed. Additionally,
professionals with MBAs feel a greater sense of confidence in their marketability,
as well as the wealth of information they can bring to various endeavors. That is
why I enrolled in NSU.
 I am ambitious, passionate about my work, and self-driven. I thrive on challenges
and constantly set goals for myself, so I have something to strive toward. I’m not
comfortable with settling, and I’m always looking for an opportunity to do better
and achieve greatness. In my previous role, I was promoted three times in less
than two years
 I am highly organized. I always take notes, and I use a series of tools to help
myself stay on top of deadlines. I like to keep a clean workspace and create a
logical filing method so I’m always able to find what I need. I find this increases
efficiency and helps the rest of the team stay on track, too. In my last role, I
created a new filing process that increased departmental efficiency by a great
percentage. In my previous job, my clients’ customer satisfaction scores were 15%
over the company average.
 I’m a natural leader. I’ve eventually been promoted to a leadership role in almost
every job because I like to help people. I find co-workers usually come to me with
questions or concerns even when I’m not in a leadership role because if I don’t
know the answer, I’ll at least point them in the right direction. In my last two roles, I
was promoted to leadership positions after less than a year with the company.”
 I am Adventurous as well as results-oriented, constantly checking in with the goal
to determine how close or how far away we are and what it will take to make it
happen.
 The most challenging task in my life is to achieve the Banglalink pitch for Media
buying. I was the team leader for that project and worked really hard and develop
some out-of-the-box strategies and we won the account for 3 years. And it really
changed my career and my life. Today I am holding my position for that
achievement.
